Under Section 9-2 of the Norwegian Alcohol Act (Alkoholloven), all advertising of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, including marketing through mass communication such as websites and online publications. The Alcohol Regulations (Chapter 14, §§ 14-1 to 14-3) further clarify that “advertising” includes the distribution of brochures or similar printed materials when the purpose is to promote sales. For this reason, we are not permitted to display our brochure online. However, we are happy to provide it upon request, in full compliance with Norwegian law.
